ESA Members: The process of renewing your certification is simple. Simply check off the appropriate box on the ESA membership renewal form and pay the requisite fees. (click here to go to the ESA membership renewal page). The online form will read your certification status from the ESA membership database and determine your certification renewal amount due. If you forgot to renew your BCE when you renewed your ESA membership, you may use the BCE Renewal Form to pay your renewal fees.
Non-ESA members: Please send in a check, Mastercard, Visa, or money order payment for the appropriate amount along with the BCE Renewal Form to BCE Program, Entomological Society of America, c/o Wachovia Bank, Lockbox 758954, Baltimore, MD 21275-8954.
Every three years BCEs are required to submit a Professional Maintenance and Certification Report (PMC) that details their Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Full details of the PMC report are available online. With the report, you must also submit a PMC Recertification Fee via check or credit card.

Members: If you are a member of ESA, you may renew at the same time as your membership renewal (click here to go to the membership renewal page) by simply submitting the appropriate fees with the standard membership renewal and by sending a photocopy of your pesticide applicator's license to the Certification Coordinator. If you forgot to renew your ACE when you renewed your ESA membership, you may use the ACE Renewal Form to pay your renewal fees.
Non-ESA Members: To renew, submit the ACE Rewewal Form with the requisite fees and your photocopied pesticide applicator's license to the contact information below via mail or email.
