Renewal Requirements

The PHE Certificate is a bit different from ESA's other certifications. Both the ACE and BCE Program are certification programs that have an ongoing Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirement. The Public Health Entomology Certificate does not have a CEU requrement. Once you pass your exam, your certificate is valid and there is no maintenance.  The exam will be updated from time-to-time, and we recommend reviewing the content outline every 3-5 years to ensure that your certificate represents the most up-to-date science.
