About: The V Sivaram Research Foundation, Bangalore, was established 2013 under the Indian Trust Act to promote research and development in the field of ecology, environmental biology, biodiversity conservation, and natural resource development. Also, to organize international seminars and conferences in order to provide a platform for the scientists, academicians, and policy makers to share and disseminate latest findings in the field of biological sciences. Abstract submissions to the 3rd International Conference on Beekeeping for Sustainable Agriculture, Ecosystem Services, and Rural Livelihoods are due August 31, 2025.

9th Molecular Insect Science Conference

The 9th Molecular Insect Science Conference will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 27-29 April 2026.

A topical program, led by global experts in the field, will showcase groundbreaking research in insect molecular sciences and highlight innovative molecular and biotechnological approaches for controlling insect pests and disease vectors.

Topics will include:

  • Genomic and epigenetic innovations in insect science
  • RNA interference, gene editing, and synthetic biology in insects
  • Insect chitin biology and structural integrity
  • Regulatory networks in insect growth, development, and physiology
  • Insect neurobiology, learning, and behaviour 
  • Insect microbiomes, symbiosis, immunity, and vector competence
  • Insect-plant molecular interactions and herbivory
  • Molecular insights into insecticide resistance and sustainable management
  • Emerging technologies and applications in molecular entomology

Abstracts are invited by 7 November 2025 for talks and posters.
