Program Enhancement Funds

ESA provides funds for program enhancement as an incentive to attract speakers for the Annual Meeting, thereby improving meeting content and attendance. Program Enhancement Funds (PEF) are used to enhance the educational content of the Annual Meeting program and have certain restrictions on their use, as detailed below.

Annual Meeting Volunteer Opportunities

The ESA Annual Meeting depends on the following volunteers to ensure the meeting runs smoothly. Thank you for considering serving in one or more of these capacities.

Moderators and Judges

Moderators are responsible for keeping their session running on schedule and facilitating discussion where necessary. Training for moderators will be provided onsite during the meeting. Up to two moderators will be assigned to all 10-Minute Presentation sessions.
