The Eastern Branch of the Entomological Society of America (ESA) is excited to offer a sponsorship opportunity for undergraduates and new graduate students to join ESA. This initiative aims to encourage participation in our upcoming Eastern Branch Summer Meeting, EntoQuest 2025 and to foster new interest in entomology among young scholars.
Application Procedure
• Application site: Submit your interest in the sponsorship (applications are open soon).
• Deadline: All applications must be submitted by August 15, 2025.
• Evaluation and Announcement: Applications will be reviewed by the EntoQuest Committee, and winners will be announced by August 22, 2025.
• Winners must enable their complimentary ESA Student Member and register for EntoQuest by August 29, 2025.

Open to undergraduates or graduate students who have not previously been an ESA member.
Number of Sponsorships
Up to 10 students will be sponsored.
