The Eastern Branch Student Member Sponsorship is an opportunity for undergraduates and new graduate students to join ESA, a requirement for EntoQuest participation. This initiative aims to encourage participation in our upcoming Eastern Branch Summer Meeting, EntoQuest, and to foster new interest in entomology among young scholars. Successful applicants will be able to register for EntoQuest at the discounted Student Member rate.
Application Procedure
- Application: Submit your interest in the sponsorship application.
- Deadline: All applications must be submitted by August 16, 2026.
- Evaluation and Announcement: Applications will be reviewed by the EntoQuest Committee, and winners will be announced by August 24, 2026.
- Winners must redeem their complimentary ESA Student Membership and register for EntoQuest by September 8, 2026.
- Any unredeemed memberships after September 8 will be voided.
- Should any winner redeem their membership, but fail to register for EntoQuest by September 8, their membership will be voided.

Eligibility
Open to undergraduates or graduate students who have not previously been an ESA member, who intend to register for EntoQuest 2025.
Number of Sponsorships
Up to 10 students will be sponsored.
