Registration rates include meals. Housing is available at tiered rates. Attendees will be staying overnight in cabins and will be rooming together. Housing options include cabins with up to 4, 8, 14, or 28 people per cabin. Options to request specific roommates and/or gender-based housing will be offered during the registration process. The Committee will do their best to accommodate all roommate preferences and room type requests, but please note that this is not a guarantee.
The deadline to register will be in late August. No registrations will be accepted after that date.
