Registration for EntoQuest will open soon
Registration rates include meals. Housing is available at tiered rates. Attendees will be staying overnight in dorms and will be rooming together. Housing options include bunk rooms with options up to 1 person, 2 people, or 6 people per room. Options to request specific roommates and/or gender-based housing will be offered during the registration process. The Committee will do their best to accommodate all roommate preferences and room type requests, but please note that this is not a guarantee. The deadline to register is August 31, 2025. No registrations will be accepted after that date.

Registration is open to ESA members only. Non-members must join ESA as a member in order to register. Join online.
